What's the minimum order value?

The minimum order value for dispatch is £150.00 excluding VAT with a carriage charge. Carriage paid order is £350 excluding VAT. Larger and delicate items must be dispatched on a pallet which requires a minimum order of £350 (excl) and below this a carriage charge of £35.00 applies and your order may be slightly delayed until a delivery vehicle is in your area.

How much are carriage charges?

The minimum charge is £15.00 below carriage paid, and for larger items £35.00.

How long will delivery take?

If all items are in stock, delivery should take no longer than one week, usually much less. Loose cartons are dispatched on a 24hr service and pallets on a 72hr service. If you need a pallet on a shorter service, a surcharge will apply.

What happens if an item is damaged?

If an item is damaged, you will need to report it to the office in writing within 7 days of receipt of the order. Collection of the item will then be organised and a credit raised.

What payments as accepted?

The quickest way to pay is by card, but we also accept payment by cheque (payable to Minster Giftware Ltd) or by BACS (contact us for account information).

How do I become a new trade customer?

To become a new customer, simply fill in your details online or contact the office directly and provided that you are a trade customer, you will be given a customer number, username and password to access the website and place orders.

I'm not happy with ordering online, how else can I purchase?

We have sales reps out on the road who carry full catalogues and price list who would be happy to come and visit you if you would prefer, please contact the office for the details of your local rep. We also have a Cash & Carry in Southwell, Nottinghamshire and so if you're not too far away, you are always welcome to pop in and see our lovely items and take them away with you. We are open Monday-Friday 8.30am-5.00pm. We open at weekends or evenings by appointment only, so if you can't make it in the day just let us know.

I'm not trade, how can I purchase Minster products?

We have stockists all over the UK and Ireland and so give us a call or send us an email and we can provide the details of your nearest stockist.

Do you export overseas?

We deliver to Southern Ireland twice a week and so you are never waiting long for your order. For orders further afield, payment is on a proforma basis and customers either collect the goods on pallets direct from our warehouse or we can deliver to any shipper in the UK.
