What's the minimum order value?

The minimum order value for dispatch is £100.00 excluding VAT with a carriage charge. Carriage paid order is £350 excluding VAT. Larger and delicate items must be dispatched on a pallet which requires a minimum order of £350 (excl) and below this a carriage charge of £35.00 applies and your order may be slightly delayed until a delivery vehicle is in your area.

How much are carriage charges?

The minimum charge is £15.00 below carriage paid, and for larger items £35.00.

How long will delivery take?

If all items are in stock, delivery should take no longer than one week, usually much less. Loose cartons are dispatched on a 24hr service and pallets on a 72hr service. If you need a pallet on a shorter service, a surcharge will apply.

What is an item is damaged?

If an item is damaged, you will need to report it to the office in writing within 5 days of receipt of the goods. You may be asked to supply photographic images of any damaged items. If we arrange to collect an item and the item is not available, then a charge will be made according to the carriers own charges.
