The Services
We set immense store by the virtues of traditional, personal service - not just 'selling', but building relationships with our customers. Direct contact is maintained through our network of Sales Agents in England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland and Eire, and we welcome showroom visits from those of you able to make them. Minster Giftware can also be found at all the major UK Trade Fairs.
With regard to transportation, to minimise the risk of breakages, we endeavour to effect all deliveries with our own vehicles - should that not be possible, we only use specialist carriers.
The emphasis squarely on service and genuine value for money, Minster Giftware is wholeheartedly committed to offering the widest and most original choice in high quality furnishing accessories.
The Philosophy
The continuing success of Minster Giftware is wholly dependant on three principles. Quality, Originality, and Service.
Whatever we choose to include in our catalogue - regardless of whether or not it is to your particular liking - will, you can rest assured, be a product of proven quality.
Our reputation for originality is such that many Minster Giftware customers regard a visit to our showroom as a trade fair in itself. Here, a million miles from the impersonality of the catalogue, you can see, handle and discuss the products - and be critical. In fact, many of our best ideas have developed from customers suggesstions.
We do our bit, too, towards 'keeping one jump ahead': our experienced buyers spend almost three months overseas every year looking for potential new lines. If it's good, it's interesting and it's new, we aim to be the first to supply it.
